Shipping policy

 

Usually, post is delivered within the US in around 1-3 business days with International postage up to around 10 business days from our studio in Columbus, Ohio.I will do my very best to make sure you receive your item quickly, however some things are out of my control. Please bare that in mind when asking for an update. All orders are shipped from the US using USPS. US orders and International orders are sent using Standard Shipping.

Estimated Shipping Times vary depending on where your item is heading to. Ive attached some rough shipping times. These times indicate how long it will take to reach you after Ive processed and dispatched.

US: 1-3 business days

Europe: 3-7 business days

UK: 3-7 business days

Rest of the World: Around 10 business days

 

Unfortunately tracking is not available for every order, but if you would like to add tracking, please get in touch and we can do that.

 

Orders sent out of the US will have a customs label attached. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately delays due to customs are out of my control.
